What You’ll Be Doing:

Comprehensive eye exams with a strong emphasis on patient education and experience.
Contact lens fittings and medical optometry care.
Specialty services: Dry Eye (RF + IPL), Myopia Management, Migraine Management (Neurolens).
High focus on preventative care and community service opportunities.
Networking with PCPs, Neurologists, Pediatricians, Teachers, other professionals.
Continuing founded pediatric programs such as Academic Vision Care Program and Project S.A.V.E.
Building trust with patients and contributing to long-term retention.
Collaborating with a team that values communication, accountability, and support.
Learn and Perform practice building development & management techniques.

OD licensed (or eligible) in Hawaii.
Credentialed with various insurances (strongly suggested, but not required).
