Who This Is Perfect For:

- Genuinely cares about patients and wants to build long-term relationships.
- Wants to grow—with mentorship, structure, and support.
- Is motivated not just by a job, but by building something meaningful over time.
- Has interest in future leadership, ownership, or partnership (even if you’re not fully there yet).
If you’re looking for a role with minimal responsibility or no long-term growth, this likely won’t be the right fit—and that’s okay. We believe in alignment from the start.

- Contact lens fittings and medical optometry care.

- Networking with PCPs, Neurologists, Pediatricians, Teachers, other professionals.
- Continuing founded pediatric programs such as Academic Vision Care Program and Project S.A.V.E.
- Building trust with patients and contributing to long-term retention.
- Collaborating with a team that values communication, accountability, and support.
- Learn and Perform practice building development & management techniques.
What Makes This Opportunity Different:
- Supportive Growth Environment: You’ll be coached and developed—not left to figure it out alone.
- Clear Expectations: We believe in clarity, not guesswork.
- Strong Team Culture: Positive, accountable, and team-driven.
- High Standards (Without Burnout): Excellence with sustainability.
- Lifestyle Balance: Practice in a place that puts people first, practices positive mental health and is supportive.
Path to Partnership / Ownership:
We are intentionally looking for someone who could grow into a long-term leader within the practice.
This is not to be a rushed or pressure-driven track—but a clear, supported pathway for the right person.
Opportunities may include:
- Increased clinical autonomy and leadership.
- Involvement in decision-making and operations (at your pace).
- Mentorship in the business side of optometry.
- A potential pathway to partnership or ownership for the right fit.
We believe ownership should be:
- Earned through alignment and growth.
- Built on trust and shared values.
- Structured in a way that sets everyone up for success.
What Success Looks Like (6–18 Months):
- You feel confident in your clinical flow and patient communication.
- You’ve built strong relationships with patients and the team.
- You consistently deliver a high level of care and experience.
- You’re growing in both clinical skill and professional confidence.
- You begin to explore areas of deeper involvement.

- Credentialed with various insurances (strongly suggested, but not required).
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Coachable, growth-minded, and accountable.
- Values excellence, structure, clarity, and being part of a team.
- Interest in long-term growth within a practice (not just a short-term role).
