Part-Time / Full-time Position:
- Part-time: Expected hours: (18-30 per week).
- Full-time: Expected hours: (40 per week).
- Must be available and flexible to work Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday (some Thursdays).
- Comprehensive paid training is provided.
- Training period is anywhere from 4-6+ months (dependent on the employee's eagerness, skills & experience).

Role Overview: This position includes (but not limited to):
- Patient check-in/out.
- Boutique sales & customer service.
- Reviewing patient health forms.
- Patient recalls & scheduling.
- Patient communications.
- Glasses & contact lens ordering.
- Product receiving & dispensing.
- Eyewear repairs & adjustments.
- Team coordination & communication.
- Patient education.
- Patient documentation/charting for medical records.
- Supporting Clinical workflow with patient pre-testing & triage.
